Guest Speaker, August 11
Joshua Gibbs, a lieutenant with Daphne Search and Rescue and a Mobile city policeman, was the guest August 11th of Point Clear Rotarian Cathy Brumback. Gibbs explained his organization’s dedication to providing land and water search and rescue, not only for Baldwin County but for other area agencies when needed.

Boat Trip from Taste of Rotary Auction 2016
Point Clear Rotarian David Daniell and his wife, Diane, hosted a recent boat trip in Orange Beach aboard their party boat, “The Queen,” to fellow Rotarians who bid for the trip as a part of the 2016 Taste Of Rotary auction. Aboard are Sandy and Dick Stewart, Betty Sue and Joe McGilberry, Lana and Bill McNair, and Dianne and Clay Swanzy.

Sporting Clays Fall Classic
POINT CLEAR ROTARY CLASSIC – Point Clear Rotarians Craig Nelson, Jay Weber and Rod Platt discuss plans for the upcoming 2016 Sporting Clays Classic fundraiser to take place Friday, Oct. 21st, at the Bushy Creek Clays in Perdido, Alabama. Registration is $150 per shooter with the number of four-person teams limited.
